Membership Info and FAQ
Can I request a nail tech?
Yes for artwork we will do our best to accommodate nail artist preferences since each individual will have their strengths as far as art is concerned. Please note that we work as a team to service member Fills and therefore may be subject to tech availability, scheduling, etc. All of our nail techs use the same products, procedures for Fills so we ask that members remain flexible due to extremely high demand.
How many broken nail repairs do I get?
You can come in anytime for a broken nail repair the entire month. Note, that in one visit we will take care of up to 3 repairs at no extra charge. 4 or more repairs needed in a single is considered a full set. Members receive 50% discount for a new set.
*Free polish versus Gel Polish upgrade
Regular nail polish is free and included in your Acrylic or Gel membership. If you would like to upgrade to the 2 week lasting gel polish, it's $10 to upgrade (gel polish is anything that cures with UV or LED like Shellac, Presto, Vetro, etc) but there is no extra charge for regular nail polish.
How is this work?
Enrollment - We charge the on-file credit card the 1st of every month.

Use membership - Call 813.631.9000 to make an appointment (24hr ahead preferred). Show valid ID, same as the name and birthday on file, Sign on the invoice, enjoy your service!

Cancellation-We hate to see you go but email us at liliansnailsbar@gmail.com. We'll need at least 3 business days before your debit date in order to successfully cancel your auto debit. If you email us after your debit date and your charges have gone through we can give you store credit only.
